The headlight fits my '14 KTM well but the rubber straps make no sense and don't work, had to use zip ties until I buy KTM straps. Didn't have any instructions either. The backlight works but isn't very bright. Gets you out of the woods but not good for street use or racing. A good lightbulb will fix that. The price is good. inspection passed. This is to help others use this on KTM. The connector fits my 13-16 ktm xc w headlight connector perfectly. HOWEVER the ground of the main bulb is connected to the power wire of the smaller bulb. You need to take the GREEN wire from the main bulb, unplug it from the GREEN wire on the smaller bulb (it's a small taped connector) and then connect it to the BROWN wire for the smaller bulb. Then the headlight works as usual.

Description says universal. It comes with universal straps, but the straps cannot be attached to anything on the headlight assembly. It also uses an S2 bulb instead of a regular H4 bulb. So you need to use the universal led bulb to upgrade or use the s2 led. The wires are soldered to the headlight bracket and it appears that a standard KTM connector is used for power. I used it to replace the original cover and light on my KTM 500 exc. I used my standard rubber bands. As mentioned in other reviews I had to cut the wires and change the way they were connected. The green coming out of the headlight should be connected to the brown wire instead of the other green ones like in my photo. After that everything worked. I bought an LED bulb here to make things look better, but here are the bulbs that came with it.

Part of the headlight has some kind of stain on the inside of the glass. Also a slight fit issue at the junction of the plastic with the headlight. It will not sit properly on one side.
