I like these tent pegs. They are very light and durable. I tried the products at forest and lake camping. They are very easy to maintain and sturdy enough to fit in my 6 person tent or 2 person camping tent. Another use is for temporary awning installation and works well. I highly recommend this product.

Let's face it, the little wire pegs that come with the tents don't cost anything. Everything I get that needs to be anchored to the ground comes with these little wire stakes. Here is the savior. They are made of aluminum and therefore last a long time. If you smash them into the ground, they will stay. That is what I needed. I would highly recommend purchasing these tent pegs.

They worked great on rocky/loamy ground to keep my tent in place on a windy day. I really wish they had more "head" on top of the stake because I hit them pretty hard and drove them into the ground. But they still work and the bottom part is not bent. For the price you certainly can't go wrong. I can see for those of us who are backpackers they are amazing because they are so light and every gram counts!

These aluminum tent pegs are very strong. I did a little experiment, put one in a vice and tried to bend it but to no avail. Eventually it will bend/break for sure - but even in the toughest terrain where I'll pitch a tent or set up a canopy I'll never match those strengths.
