I was afraid of that. I ordered XL for my 40 inch waist and it's too tight around the buttocks and hips. Chinese manufacturers do not understand that an increase in the waist also means an increase in other dimensions. The material is thin and looks cheap. Since they have a drawstring I was able to pass them on to my wife who can sync them.

These pajama shorts are really uncomfortable. They are tough and do nothing. The rubber band cuts into your sides and leaves marks. Don't buy them if you want a good night's sleep. I've tried washing these pajama shorts several times in hopes of softening them but to no avail. Truly style over substance. I do not recommend buying these pajama shorts.

Bought these shorts for my husband as his old ones were wearing out. He said it fits great, he wears a pants size 36x34. He stated that they were a good weight for summer but would have something thicker for hibernation.

Very disappointed. I've had many different brands, all much better. The fabric is very thin and not durable in my opinion. Also, compared to other brands, they are a bit narrow in the waist, narrow in the crotch and a bit short in the leg. To be honest there is little difference between them and boxing underwear. In fact, they look just like underwear - I couldn't leave the house to pick up my mail.

I would say mediocre. Mediocre seams, fabric and especially the waistband which is thin and has very little elasticity. It stays so loose that if you have something in your pockets (like an iPhone) they won't hold the shorts. I wouldn't buy if I mailed them in the flesh first.
