Not as described. in Ceiling Lights

This is NOT a ceiling chain light. This is a wall lamp with a pull chain. The chain is not the same as in the photo, it comes from the base. It comes out on the side so it doesn't turn on and off when you pull it out when the base is attached to the ceiling. Very unpleasant.

Image Product is different from what I received

The product I received is different from what is shown in the image and what is shown in the instructions that came with it. The advertised item shows the traction chain and attachment points on the base's lower faceplate. The item I received has a chain and attachment points on the side. When installed, the force required to tension the chain at a 90 degree angle disengages the entire device. The bracket is also very thin.

Decoy tactic! Stay away.

The unit I received was similar but not the same as pictured. Didn't notice until the electrician found out the rod was on the side and the bulbs recommended for the light fixture in the picture didn't work because it's a different light fixture! Now I have to either turn off the light and return everything (and pay an electrician to do the work and come back when I get a new light) or figure out which bulbs work with that light and troubleshoot the circuit and lower the light each time , when…
