Too big for Tamron 150-600mm lens

This bag is advertised as being designed for the Tamron 150-600 lens; However, the body is too large for the lens. To keep my lens from rocking and sliding I had to insert an almost 1/2" foam cylinder.

Pros
  • This is amazing
Cons
  • No

Bought for Nikon's Tamron 70-210 f4 but too small

According to Tamron's website the 70-210 f4 N measures 76 x 176.5 mm (3 x 7 inches) and the body description states that it a lens up to 170mm. Unfortunately, when these two items arrived, I found that the length of the lens including the lens cap is actually 205mm (8.2 inches)! So the diameter is just right, but the case cannot be closed in any way. Too bad, because otherwise it looks like a very nice lens case! Will have to order a larger case.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Nothing here

This suits my purpose, Tamron 150-600 G2

The product is beautiful and meets my expectations. required to keep things stable. Although I haven't used it in heavy conditions, the bottom feels a little thin to support such a large, heavy lens. Some simply custom made pieces of styrofoam got the job done with ease. The pages are fine. Lockable zippers are a good idea, not an anti-theft device but a reliable way to prevent accidental opening during transport.

Pros
  • Large selection
Cons
  • Unfashionable

Nice bag for 70-200 lens

Bought this bag to carry my Nikon 70-200 F2.8 with me. Fits good. Very well done. It has some very nice features like velcro belt loop, shoulder strap and straps that you can use to tighten/squeeze the bag around the lens. There are also many loops for fastening. Seems to be fairly waterproof but needs the nut to fully test if waterproof. Good zippers and lots of padding. Great buy for the price.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • For seniors
