I was looking for a table lamp with warm light for my son so he can relax during the day even when he has to do his homework in the evening. He loved the touch controls, but even he agreed that even on the lowest setting, the lamp was too bright and the light wasn't warm enough. Also, you can't turn the lever at the base, which is very tall and elongated. I was VERY disappointed to find after the return deadline that the USB port on the back of my lamp is NOT WORKING! At the time it would be REALLY convenient if that were the case. Please check this port before the return window closes! The lamp itself is fine. Its base can be a bit heavier/bigger for more stability as it is not able to handle hard impacts. I like the characteristics of the lamp that arrived, but it's not the one I ordered, not really. Cons: The manufacturer's name was changed from JKSWT to BEMOY, and the all-metal body was plastic, not metal at all. That made it pretty easy, so be careful! The cord is too short to reach the plug unless the desk is against the right wall. The cable was about 50 inches. The indicator lights regardless of whether the lamp is on or off.
