Very easy to place in the right place, just like regular Christmas/Holiday lights. I've used them around the front doorpost and bushes in front of my apartment. Just make sure the solar system gets enough daylight/sunlight. Buttons on the back for on/off, constant and multiple flashing modes.

These are very bright solar lights and although small they have some brightness. If you are looking for a really bright white light, these lamps will definitely help you. I love that it comes in a pack of two which is great value for money. These lanterns are so versatile that they can be used almost anywhere on the street.

I got them delivered about 3 weeks after receiving them. They are in direct sunlight. One set only lasted about 3 hours the first few times. Another approx. 4 hours. After 3 days, the shorter one only lasted about 2 hours. Up to an hour. The more stubborn wears off after 2 hours. I got it from another company a few months ago. Still going strong!

These lights are quite bright and have enough battery power to keep the lights on most of the night. The only problem I have is one strand not staying in "Always On" mode. It cycles through all the modes constantly, blinking, blinking like crazy, etc. The mode button doesn't change anything, but we're used to it, so let's leave it.

I bought these bush lights for Christmas outside. To be honest they worked all Christmas time. I actually packed them up after Christmas and hope they work next year. One of my neighbors was surprised that they were sunny, worked so well and looked so pretty. I highly recommend them. They burn for about 3-4 hours. So if you need light all night, solar energy won't work. For what I needed they were perfect!

I took them to plant newly planted bushes and found that they constantly changed the mode on their own. I wanted them to stay in constant fire. I was out at 3am trying to get her to work for at least 15 minutes to no avail. I actually heard from the company how to make it stay on, ie hold down the mode button at least 15 times! I hope I can get them to work the way I want them to. I will post again if and when it happens.

I liked the product. The lights are tiny flickering lights so I would recommend you double what you think you need when covering bushes for Christmas or other lighting. For this price, however, it's still a good deal and no installation hassle. When you start rolling out, I recommend having one person move one end to the side so the light doesn't get tangled. I love the different mode settings and not having to mess with power cords on my lawn. We installed 5 separate kits in under 30 minutes…

I have purchased these lights of various lengths at least 3 times. Unfortunately, they never last more than a few months. In a pair, one still works and the other doesn't. the others both died within a month. Sometimes the solar part fogs up and gets distorted? So I think that's the main problem. When I first emailed them they offered to send me more for free but that never happened. but unfortunately I have to find something more expensive that lasts.
