Great jacket: Motorcycling & Powersports

I haven't taken it on the road, it's still pretty cold. I have two other more expensive jackets, but this one has the "BEST" armor placement for me. It's perfect for shoulders and elbows. Other jackets are misaligned at the shoulders or too high/low at the elbows. Not on this one and the elbow armor is BIG, it's GOOD! The spine/back is also BIG. I know it will be cool to ride, it's 60% mesh. Joe Rocket is a well known brand so I'm sure of the quality.

Excellent airflow and comfort

I am 6' 280 lbs tall. They tell me to train to have big shoulders and a neckless chest. I usually wear 2 shirts and a jacket. But after reading some reviews I decided to go for the 3x jacket. As you can see, it fits me like a glove. Airflow is excellent. Haven't tried the liner yet as I bought it for the south Texas heat. I like the wrist zips for easy removal. I can see where a waterproof phone/wallet pocket would be nice instead of mesh. But overall I would buy it again when it's done. I've…

There may be problems with the zip but overall great quality and price

The only reason for 3 stars is that every once in a while after zipping up the jacket and getting on the bike the zip starts to tear unpack. Bottom. This has only happened a couple of times, usually when I get on the bike and adjust the side straps. But other than that it's very convenient. Also, I'm glad I read some early reviews. I usually wear an XXL jacket but all the reviews said to order 1 size smaller than you normally wear. You were right because the jacket came down to my waist and the

Great fit. The size was just right.

I used to get a Joe Rocket jacket from a friend that I really liked. It was a bit big but I wore it for protection and it served its purpose perfectly. Just received and the size was just right. It has a very good fit and is very comfortable when driving. I removed the liner as the weather here in Florida is still a bit warm even for mid-November, but I'm sure the liner will come in handy when the weather gets colder.
