The skirt I ordered was supposed to be black with white stripes but the skirt I received is black with silver stripes! sooo upset

So this skirt looks good, but order two sizes up! My daughter is 8 years old and normally wears a size 12 and the small adult size fits her like a glove and hits above the knees. The material is ok. It won't tear or anything, but it's clear that the creases won't take too much. It will likely need to be starched and ironed to keep its shape.
