I use it but the cheese needs to be well wrapped or it will dry out. Might be a little difficult to open. I would not buy again. This is a good size for a medium block of cheese.

Unlike their cheese capsule which is great, this one is useless as it is almost impossible to open. We ended up having to turn it on its side to open it and if it contained cheese it fell out.

I must have been tired while searching. I thought it was glass and silicone, not plastic. I'll keep it because it's already in use, but if my chronically ill brain fog wasn't taking full effect I'd keep looking. I'm trying to get rid of plastic in my house, not buying it anymore.

I was given one and we broke it. Was glad to find another one. Holds 1.5 kraft size blocks of cheese which is great for our family. I looked at many others but I knew this one so I went with it. We don't usually buy anything expensive when it comes to cheese, but it works a lot better as a sachet.

I was sure there would be such a thing, but I kept searching for "Cheese Keeper" and only found this device. I was afraid it would be too small. I buy big two pound cubes from the store. They fit perfectly. Now I see the cheese, it's not folded in a crumpled plastic bag and it's holding up very well here. I've also found that tofu keeps well there as well, as long as you don't marinate it.
