The needles in this series come in a variety of lengths and have a large eye for easy threading. They are relatively thick so they are unlikely to bend, but you may need a thinner needle if you are working with very thin, delicate fabric. For most hand sewing applications they are excellent. The set includes two needle threaders, which you probably won't need for these needles, but are nice to have on hand.

Absolutely NOTHING bad to say about these needles. You are a win, a win for me. I get a bad headache trying to thread a needle because the hook is invisible to me. However, these high-retention needles are a welcome relief. They are strong and fat. Once the threads work, they work as they should. It's a 100% difference working with them that I don't even need glasses when I put them on. I am more than happy. No more eye strain.
