Bought these for a girls' night pool party at my house with friends. I wear a size 6 and the hip belt fits me but not those over a size 8. I ended up stretching them around the ladder chairs in the dining area and used them as decorations. Then I gave it to friends with small children.

I ordered these for my students for our luau. I've tried three different variations over the years, but these are my favorites. Thanks to the elastic band and the Velcro on the back, they adapt to any small child. In my case they were 8 years old but they even stretched to fit me. They held up well and didn't tangle like others I've had. The kids loved the bright colors. I will buy them again next year!

We used these for my daughter's Moana party and really enjoyed them! Each girl had to choose her own color (and one boy chose green to look like Maui!). You were perfect! They each took one home as party favors along with some headbands and necklaces which we also bought. I really liked that each one is regulated by velcro. They fit all kids aged 4-6 but they were too big for a 3 year old (who wears 2T-3T shorts).
