The team is very friendly, always willing to help you out at anytime of day or night when things go wrong! It's been working for us since we started using it in 2013 which I can say has helped our processes become smoother by leaps & bounds (we had an issue that would have taken days normally now takes minutes!).
There isn't anything i dislike as such but if there was maybe more training given during onboarding could be helpful so people donβt feel lost/left behind? As said before howeverβ¦
