It has five wheels that just snap into place. It looks big in the box, but when you take it out it won't be that bulky. It has adequately sized seats for a small child, but with five-point harnesses, it's safe enough for small children.

I wanted to love this stroller. There's so much beauty in it. However, one chair had the straps fitted incorrectly. The straps are in completely wrong sections. As for the price, it's very disappointing as it was difficult to understand.

I would say this is a great compact stroller for twins without sacrificing parent or child comfort. I like that the seats have a higher weight limit so they can be used for older preschoolers, especially if you're going to a place like Disney where you walk a lot.
