Disappointing performance, poor quality cables

As a loyal CUSTOMER, I was excited to try this mini SAS controller for my computers .However, as my tests showed, the performance was quite disappointing. The worst part was the poor quality cables that came with the controller. They were flimsy and fragile, making it difficult to obtain a reliable transfer rate. The pros of this device are its compact size and ease of installation, but these advantages are overshadowed by its subpar performance and low-quality cables..

Pros
  • Efficiently manages multiple SAS/SATA drives for high-performance data transfer.
Cons
  • Requires some technical knowledge and experience in setting up and configuring the internal backplane controller.

Efficient and Functional Internal Controller

After trying a few different internal controllers I decided to give this one a chance and I'm glad I did! Hooking it up to my desktop was a breeze and it's been working seamlessly with my computer since... I appreciate the compact size that doesn't take up too much space in my tower. The only downside is that it doesn't come with clear instructions, so I had to do some research on how to properly connect it. Overall, a great purchase for anyone looking to upgrade their computer's storage…

Pros
  • Efficient, functional, compact size
Cons
  • Lack of clear instructions

Inexpensive and works just as well as my expensive cables

I would definitely buy again! My husband wanted to buy a more expensive brand and I asked to try that first and he said he couldn't tell any difference!

Pros
  • Supports up to 4 ports (4 lines) of SAS data and conforms to the latest SAS 3.0 specification;
Cons
  • A few little things
