🚪 JR Products 31025 White Access/Deck Plate - 5 Inch Review

Easy to install, I used this to replace the smaller top plate in my RV so I could run a larger diameter hose with fittings from my gray and black tanks can install. Works perfectly!

Great product. Used to make an access hole on the water tanks on my toy tractors. New tanks cost over $1000. All I needed was new fittings, but the local dealer wanted to sell me new tanks instead. With their help, I've easily repaired water tanks for less than $75. I used a plastic cutting board and caulk to increase the seal.

I bought it to mount on the water tank on wheels to have access to clean the tank. After assembly with butyl putty and stainless steel screws, I filled the tank with water and tested this board for leaks - success! The reason I gave it 4 stars vs 5 is because the outer ring isn't that rigid and I'd like to see that, and there was a little flex when I screwed it on, but it works.

Not much to explain. I bought several of these for a pair of identical sailboats that I have. It's 16 feet and the kids compete in it. Sailing boats can easily capsize, especially in moderate winds, if children push them vigorously. They don't leak at all and make boats airtight and safe. There really isn't much to write about this top plate. A 5.5 inch hole is required for proper installation. There are no screws included which might be an issue for some but to be honest I never use the screws that come with the products (they are always cheaper quality). a small hole on the underside of the lid (middle) that looks like you could attach a small chain and attach it to that hole with a screw (probably #6) and then you can attach the other side of the chain to the inside…

If your RV only has 4 deck plates, the Rhino Flex sewer hose will not go through the 4 deck plates. That's why I bought 5 patio tiles. I also need to replace my 4 inch sewer hose holder. to.
