I bought two of these hydrators last year. They do an excellent job of providing water to active tourists. Unfortunately, for some reason, one of the cylinders broke the fitting that connects to the bite valve. I emailed the company to see if I could purchase a replacement fitting and a pair of bite valves. This set is amazing! The design is pleasant, the space in it is comfortable, but not bulky. Unfortunately the bite valve broke so Nick sent me a hose line for free! I got a new hose and put it in and the bag started leaking out of the valve. I let Nick know and he was great again and offered another tube and bladder for free AND a full refund. We have used the backpack several times for cycling around town and have not experienced any discomfort in the shoulder or neck area. The package stays tight and secure.
