Exquisite Stainless Steel Celtic Knot Oval Fire Opal Ring: Ideal for Weddings, Engagements, and Anniversaries Review

In the first photo is my real opal against this ring. I bought this ring to wear to work because real opals are very soft stones. It's nice, but chunkier than I expected. It works as intended.

Relatively low price for a decent ring. My only issue is that the description on the page specifically says "rock" is rock. They use the word "Created" which means "simulated". It is neither one nor the other. The stone is made of plastic. One of the reasons I recognized it was because there were still rough edges where the plastic had been cut and the sharp little protrusions were annoying, so I had to sand it down myself. I was so happy to find this ring. My medication doesn't allow me to wear sterling silver as the ring turns black and my finger turns green. Yes, it was a purchase direct from Pandora. I've found stainless steel to be better than real gold. I love this ring so much detail and it holds my birthstone. I recommend this ring!

My future husband bought this ring for me as an engagement ring. Opal is my favorite stone! I have never understood why anyone in their right mind would choose an ordinary diamond over something as beautiful and unique as an opal. I guess most people these days think they have to spend thousands of dollars on some sort of "gold diamond ring" to impress their wife, which is really embarrassing. Especially when there are so many other truly amazing, beautiful and attractive stones to choose from!
