This meets my expectations. I don't know what else to say, it seems well done. But durability and strength I don't know yet. Works great so far.

Although the included terminal block doesn't attach to anything inside the box, it was a nice addition to limit the use of wire nuts. Different sized eyelets are sufficient for most wire gauges. I'm only giving it 4 stars because I haven't tested it for waterproofing.

Looks good value for money. It is not intended to mount the supplied terminal block. The instructions for the terminal block wouldn't hurt either - the connections aren't very intuitive. My application didn't use the included terminal block, so no real ill effects.

I bought this part thinking it was a 120v splitter but it isn't except that it has 2 holes on one side and has 1 hole on the other side. The terminal block does not split 1 to 2. It simply allows you to connect one wire to another three times. The holes in the block were too small to fit 2 wires in one hole. In the end I forgot the box and just covered the crimp connections with a wooden cap (inside). For a small low voltage wire this would be fine.

Application J-Box required for 12V DC on ATVs and UTVs, aftermarket exterior lights. A "one size fits all” solution that insulates from water and dirt. Mounting brackets molded into the case facilitate mounting, attaching with screws or cable ties. Terminal block loose without fastening system, fastening EZ with RTV. Three sizes of cable glands and a sealed case cover that's splashproof, but not sure I'd say waterproof. Ensures a clean installation.

Maybe my expectations were not met, but the terminal block is stuck in the box and there is no way to fix it. The cable entry points have grommets, but if you are using outdoor/straight cables or low voltage cables, both have a rectangular cross-section that is not sealed by the round grommets. The screws are metal so I'm wondering how long they will last once buried. It's not a bad product, it just could be better.

I had to connect 2 pumps that are part of the drainage system. Watertight connections were required, as well as the ability to disconnect these connections for regular pump maintenance. These boxes were the solution. Easy to install; tested under harsh conditions; and approved for humid environments, they have been running for weeks without any problems. I'll update my review when it's developed, but given its simple and efficient design, I think it's unlikely to cause problems.
