The most fragrant incense I've ever had

I bought it because I love the smell of cedar wood. Considering the high price, it must be super good I thought. It doesn't smell like cedar. The slight odor it has will disappear after the incense goes out. Considering that I was looking forward to the wonderful smell of cedar wood, only one disappointment remains. I wouldn't pay a dollar for it. True, the smell of cedar is short-lived, but if you can't get the advertised product to live up to expectations, don't sell it.

It burns very quickly and doesn't smell strongly of sweet grass.

Six years ago this was my favorite incense stick so I was excited to discover it's still available today. The smell is nice but definitely not like the old version of the sweet herb they used to make. The elder smelled distinctly of sweet grass with a hint of cinnamon. The newer version is a thinner stick, burns faster, and smells more like burning wood with hints of sweet grass. I liked the original better. Juniper Ridge, please do what you did when Mountain Rose Herbs sold your product!

Very natural, light fragrance. As you might experience sitting by the fire.

I was very impressed by the light, natural aromas. like sitting by the fire. If you're looking for the intense flavor of traditional incense sticks, then this isn't for you. They burn very quickly (I think because they are all natural). I love the subtle and natural flavors on offer here. Sweetgrass and Cedar are my favorites so far. Thank you Juniper Ridge for offering a natural and sustainable product. I will definitely recommend this product to my friends.

I have a nose like a bloodhound, maybe that's why I love it!

I have a very sensitive nose AND asthma, so when choosing incense sticks both smell and low smoke were important to me. I really liked the smell, at first I didn't even notice it, but then when it lingered, it was very pleasant. I wouldn't call it juniper, it's very soft and almost floral. But it definitely smelled earthy and natural, without any nasty chemicals. There was enough smoke to bless my altar and room, but it didn't bother my lungs and wasn't so smoky that I worried about my pets…

Not the same - smells little and more expensive

What a pity! I've been buying this incense stick for years. I finally used it up and found that they changed the package. And the quality is terrible. I know because I still have 2 sticks original and packaged. Original - 20 sticks in a larger box for less cost. Long lasting thick sticks and they will make my living room smell wonderful but a clean scent not perfume. Now - 12 sticks and much thinner. The living room is odorless. The first one I burned thought it was going out due to the lack of

Many years ago I bought Juniper Ridge Incense and Douglas Fir was one of my favorites. In 2015 I bought a few packages. I regret to report that this incense has deteriorated significantly. The packaging isn't that good, there are fewer sticks in the pack, they're more expensive, and most importantly, the incense doesn't burn as well as it used to. Pros: Soft, sweet and smoky, this slow burning incense is as described. Not overwhelming, and the smell of a campfire definitely transports me to a different place, remembering the many nights spent around the campfire.
