medium and higher. Don't waste money.

The size I bought which was 3x because it was small wasn't even medium. My daughter tried it on, she's a medium and she couldn't even get her hands through it. The fabric doesn't stretch at all. Which would not be good if you play sports. Now this is a good thing to buy if you are not too small.

Great product that fits your shirt size.

It was difficult to put on at first but once I put it on it was very comfortable and I was able to wear it all day with no problems. I'm excited to see how well it works over the week. I'm 180lbs 5ft 6in and ordered a large. I usually wear medium to large shirts and the large fit nice and snug without being too tight.

extra sweaty for women

I was surprised to learn this isn't a heavy tank. It's actually lightweight, which I think adds to the comfort under normal clothing. It will make you sweat even with small jobs like raking the yard. When I finished I was wet and tired. I haven't used it in my work yet, but I can say it will be very useful.

Ideal for workouts

I'm 5'5" and 150 pounds. I ordered a size plus and it fits perfectly. I feel warm even just wearing it around the house. I love how light and thin it is so it can be worn under any t-shirt without showing anything like a bulky belt does.So I put them on bottom up like I put on pants and wiggle them around.It's so much easier .Try it!I'm pretty sure it will give me an extra incentive to sweat more if I train in it.I would like the one with sleeves.Overall I'm very happy with this suit.

It makes you sweat, but it's a whole different kind of sweat. Highly recommended, you won't regret it. It's so soft and stays in place while I work out. Great quality, definitely recommend! You have the best customer service!
