It's nice to still find quality products that are still being made.

It's nice to still find quality products at a reasonable price that are still made in the USA. that stupid broken spring nozzle that you have to twist and then squeeze while holding a heavy can of gas in the air. The pressure builds up so much that when you push the nozzle down, tremendous pressure is released and a jet of gasoline comes out. You can feel the quality of Justrite glass the moment you hold it in your hands. Solid feel, thick metal and beautiful color scheme. Really nice to lookโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Excellent corrosion protection
Cons
  • Requires outlet

No more plastic cans!

I'm tired of fiddling with plastic canisters. The ones I had didn't close well. They had anti-spill spouts that looked more like anti-spill spouts and were generally awkward to use. I wanted a metal can. We use these type 1 safety canisters for various liquids in our work. After working with them I decided that this would be my best decision as well. I knew I needed a model with an attached hopper to fuel a lawn mower, snow blower, and cultivator. I'm glad Revain had this configurationโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Long length to securely insert gas nozzle
Cons
  • Damaged

Finally a safe fuel tank!

Okay, I know it's silly to think of a gas canister, but after using those horrible plastic gas canisters for more than 10 years, I've finally settled on a metal canister. Of course, local choices are limited, unless I want something five gallons or larger, then there are plenty of options. Two gallons is just the right size for my garden and mower combination. My problem with plastic glasses is that they never felt safe. They will build up pressure, especially if left in the shed over theโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Precision flame arrestor shield stops reignition and reduces risk of fire
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
