Good quality

Juya's quilling paper is of good quality. Some vendors have thinner paper so it won't open properly. I always buy from this seller. I just want them to be sold by color and not just in sets as I tend to use light colors and leave neutrals.

Pros
  • The color lasts very long and does not fade after many years
Cons
  • Only available in black

Good paper, good quality

I bought this because I didn't know where else to go. I'm new to quilling and this set was a good start. If you need multiple colors at once, then this is for you. If you're starting out, start here and then make your way to see what else is out there. JUYA is a very good brand.

Pros
  • Paper by Tant (Japanese company)
Cons
  • Some errors

Great quality but a bit expensive.

JUYA is more expensive but the quality is better. I received a set of JUYA quilling paper strips when I started quilling about 3 years ago. After that I tried other paper quilling strips because they were much cheaper. And I thought they were probably the same. After trying them, I understood why JUYA would cost more. They use thicker paper so it holds the stock better. To be honest you might not see much of a difference from pre-made quilled art, but it is easier to work with. Have fun…

Pros
  • No color difference between batches
Cons
  • Expensive
