RS1 Kart Racing Gloves - Red/Black (Large) by K1 Race Gear - 13-RS1-R-L Review

When the first one arrived it tore at the joint between thumb and forefinger. Received a replacement and sent the 1st back. 2nd was just perfect and very comfortable.

These gloves are great for karting. There are no seams at the fingertips, making them comfortable, and the gloves have a mesh screen on the sides of the fingers to allow air to circulate.

They look cheap, really cheap. Size M is suitable for little ones. The best options at the best price. I will use them for playing sims but never buy for real racing.

These were for our son for his 8th birthday and they fit his hand a little better (his hand is 3 inches above the knuckles and 6 inches around). They have better stitching than the gloves on our K1 Highway. He likes her, and that's why he's an important part :)

These gloves are very small. I ordered XL and it's too small. There is also an embroidered logo on the index fingers. While there is no problem with the right glove, the left glove is very uncomfortable as the seams are on my knuckle and rub a lot which is very distracting when riding. I will return them and cannot recommend them.

The glove itself is fine, a little tight. I ordered medium. I play simulators but I don't have much time (1-2 hours, once a week) and I already have a hole in one of my fingers after owning it for less than a month. The design itself seemed good to me when I opened it (the fingers are ventilated on the side), but obviously has its flaws, as you can see in the picture.

I use these on my Alcantara SIM racing wheel and they are perfect. They're pretty well made and reverse stitching is key to race comfort and maximum feedback. They run a bit small, so if in doubt, take the larger size. I have medium sized hands for a man and the big ones are almost too small. Also, these gloves are a great, cheaper alternative to expensive OMP or Alpine Stars racing gloves.

I restrained myself with gloves while sim racing. Of course I use them at the track, but I did everything I could (including lots of F1 rim tape and Alcantara sheeting) to avoid the need. I didn't think I would like it, but I actually like it. I can ride longer and hardly ever tire of my wrists or fingers. These are good gloves at any price and probably the most comfortable for sim racing as they are breathable and not as heavy as most premium pairs.

I love these gloves. I use them for sim racing. Very convenient and affordable. The way the tips are rotated makes the keyboard easier to use. Good thickness for sim racing. The only improvements I would suggest are 1. Take the same leather material from your palms and use it for grip on the tips of your middle and ring fingers.
