This is a good tray made from durable wood but much lighter than the picture. I thought it would be a nice deep rich brown but it is very light. It is shipped separately direct from the manufacturer/seller and the packaging was damaged on arrival. Fortunately the goods were not damaged. I chose to keep it as there would be problems repackaging and sending it back.

The price is right and they look great. However, the first one I bought already had a crack in the wood going down the middle and that only made it worse. Hoping it was a one off mistake I returned it and bought another one. The same thing. A 3 inch crack in the wood running down the middle. It could be a shipping problem related to them. Are you from India? In any case, you must give him a pass. Looks like I'll have to buy one of the most expensive wooden trays around here.

The wood used for these trays looks nice and is thick. Unfortunately, it had a crack which you can see on the top Backside next to the handle in the middle. If you look at it from the side you can see it goes straight. I thought mine was just bad so I ordered a replacement.
