I especially liked the price. I thought they were comparable to Nike and Champions, which I used to pay a lot more for. Even at the age of 5 my son's feet are growing so much that I find it crazy to spend a lot of money on shoes. I don't like the character's shoes because I want his shoes to match his clothes. This is compliant. My son has never asked for character shoes so until then I will continue to buy them.

Bought these for my son in a snap and I know you get what you pay for. They are very light, breathable and have an amazing color. However, they don't feel like they'll have any longevity at all. Maybe a few months away. They also lack ankle support. I'm not sure if I missed something in the description but I don't think this is a good long term choice for kids as I don't see how it won't hurt ankles and feet. On the other hand my son loves them and he says they make him faster lol!
