2 pairs broke within 1-2 weeks of normal use

Last summer we had a pair of Camic sandals that were great, but this summer we ordered an Oyster II and the first pair broke after two weeks. The small loop of fabric holding the elastic in place broke off, then the second one came loose. I thought it was an accident and ordered a second pair. However, the second pair had the exact same problem for a week. If it wasn't for this problem the shoes would be great. Luckily the seller returned the money. I wrote to Kamika directly and after a fewโ€ฆ

The Velcro fell off after a few uses

I am so disappointed in the quality of these shows. I've bought the Themis brand for the past few seasons and have always loved them so I was sad when they fell apart so quickly. The Velcro came off immediately after a few uses and the shoe was ruined.

nothing to recommend. the velcro loop on the back broke after just over 1 month on both shoes. The seller doesn't care at all. absolutely no response to questions from us which adds to the disappointment.

Not the Kamika quality I remember

The velcro on the back comes loose after just a few weeks of use. I've bought decent products from Kamik in the past that work well so I expected more.

What happened to the quality I knew?

poor quality, no response from customer service

The processing of the shoes is top. Unfortunately, the shoes were much too wide. Unfortunately, they had to be sent back.

Broke after 3rd wear

This is the second pair of these sandals that we have bought. The first pair lasted all summer. This pair broke on the third wear. One of the loops holding the bungee in place immediately came loose as if it hadn't been sewn properly. Unfortunately there is a loop at the top and without it the sandals will fall off. I buy them because they have to stay almost as good as running shoes and cannot be worn without that detail. I am extremely disappointed.

The velcro on the back strap broke after a little use, not the quality I expected but I contacted the company direct and they sent a replacement. Hopefully this was a one off issue. I ordered them from Zappos through Revain. Zappos did nothing as it was a Revain order. I don't have a Revain 30 day return window for these shoes so they don't accept returns/replacements. I bought them at the end of March to have with us for the summer and we've only been using them for a short time. If I hadโ€ฆ
