The hat is good but I didn't like a few points so it was sent back. Firstly, the hat is very high, not close to a medium or low crown, secondly, the velcro strap on the back could be a bit better, it's functional but could be better, thirdly, it's packed in a plastic bag ( I even have one in one manila envelope received). The bill for both of the hats I ordered arrived completely ruined and, um, they're never bad. It's hard to photograph but in real life they look so sloppy and you can really see how poor the quality is. You shouldn't be sending them back, but they certainly don't wear out.
