Excellent Antenna for Two-Way Radios

I recently purchased this antenna for my Kenwood TK 2100 radio and I am extremely impressed with the results. Electronics and radio enthusiasts will appreciate the QUALITY build and great performance this antenna offers.Through trial and error I found that this antenna provided me with excellent signal quality and transmission range. The only con I could find is that the length may pose a problem when portability is a concern. Overall, this is a great antenna and I highly recommend it to anyone

Pros
  • Excellent reception and range at a frequency of 136-174Mhz.
Cons
  • Not compatible with other types of radios or frequencies outside of the 136-174Mhz range.

There are only 4 pieces in the package, one is missing.

First I don't know if this is a problem with Revain or not but only 4 antennas arrived in the package it's a delay but at this price. Anyway, that's why 4 stars tested them on my nanoVNA and worked fine at 144MHz. I use them on a Kenwood TK2100 to use MURS to prepare for hurricanes in our area, so the SWR was a bit worse at 151-154MHz. Looks strong enough but is tough.

Pros
  • CB and radio equipment
Cons
  • Nothing here
