This tool is very good for creating workflows and projects. However, it is not easy to customize.

It's an excellent tool. But if you are looking for something else then stay away from this tool. If you have any type of project management or workflow in place that you would like to add to then this may be the right tool for you. You cannot easily customize this application however. So unless you have a great deal of technical knowledge you should avoid it. It has been a pain in the butt for us because it does not allow for a custom setup of forms and reports.
