They are very small. I first bought Big Boys M for my skinny 8 year old. They didn't even fit on his thighs. Instead, they suit his little 6-year-old brother. Then I ordered the big ones, which are said to be suitable for 11-13 year olds. They were too tight too! I just ordered a very large one and am crossing my fingers that they fit better. My 6 year old son is very happy with his jammers! Hurry to order, they are incredibly small!

I bought size M (10/12) and ended up using them for my youngest son as they run small. He is 7 years old, 49 inches tall and weighs about 55 pounds. His waist measurement is about 23 inches. Medium Jammer is expectedly narrow, but will outgrow this size within a year. By that point, he'll likely inherit his big brother's XL mufflers, which are barely larger than M. UPDATE 06/04/17: We loved the ones we bought last year, medium size, have so many I bought again this year. This time we have the BIG one, and it's the same size, no bigger than the medium one. The only difference is that they are an inch longer. boo Will have to send these back. Rating changed from 4 to 2 stars.
