🐶 Karen Pryor Clicker Training Terry Ryan Black Treat Pouch Review

I really liked it at first. It's easy to clean and the loop makes it easy to access the treats and close the bag if the pup is trying to get some. Unfortunately, after a month of daily use, one of the hinges broke. I couldn't find part of it so I couldn't fix it.

I have tried many treat pouches and this is by far the best. Large capacity, stays open or closes well. Comfortable to wear and very durable. I always use a plastic bag for sandwiches so I don't soil the inside. There is also a pocket to store my clicker. Highly recommended.

I bought this treat sachet a few weeks before my 8 week old puppy was born. I've been using the treat bag for less than two weeks and it's already broken. The hinge has come loose from the case and will not snap back into place. So there is a sharp metal edge that makes it unusable. I am extremely disappointed. And of course it's too late to return it.

I love the bow on this bag! Both of my dogs have bought this off the counter twice and each time their expensive treats have been safe and healthy inside! It also fits my iPhone 7 Plus with a wallet in the front pocket (mind you the velcro doesn't close but for a walk around town that wasn't a problem) and the key ring protects my keys! Way better than a million other bags I've tried!

I'm a longtime fan of Karen Pryor and had the pleasure of taking a class with Terry Ryan. I want to love this case for its great design and good performance. But I use a bait bag every day and none of these bags last more than 4 or 5 months. They all fail in the same way - the loop breaks and forms sharp edges. And it's beyond repair. If you rarely use your bag, you might be fine. But for everyday use in real life I look elsewhere.

The bag is the right size, durable fabric, holds up well in the open clicker. But this is the second one I've bought where the clip on the back broke within two months of simple daily use. It comes with a woven belt and belt loops, so I can still use it, but it's uncomfortable to wear and wear. You'd think they would have used flexible metal instead of hard plastic for the price. Too bad.

I have a couple of these bags. These are my favorite treats. I've had my old bag for a few years now and use it almost every day. That helps a lot. I assume the new one will do the same. Same build quality etc. I love how easy it is for me to get my hand in and out of my pocket. So many treat bags are too flexible, too deep, not deep enough, not big enough etc. I love this style. Really wanted to love this bait bag! I liked the way the loop opens the bag and the quick full closure when closed. Except that the first time I used it during a workout, the strap came loose from the bag and now won't close fully. I have no idea what happened, I was just trying to close it with my hand on my hip.
