- I like that it is easy for customers of all sizes (including small businesses) as well as large enterprises alike using this service! It has been so simple in managing our customer communications without having any issues at each level from sales through support/customer success teams everyone knows how their piece fits into making sure we are communicating effectively within an organization while keeping costs down!! There really isn't anything i dislike about working wtih them
