I like that it is easy for customers of all sizes (including small businesses) as well as large enterprises alike using this service! It has been so simple in managing our customer communications without having any issues at each level from sales through support/customer success teams - everyone knows how their piece fits into making sure we are communicating effectively within an organization while keeping costs down!! There really isn't anything i dislike about working wtih them but if there was something they could improve upon then maybe make more information available regarding pricing plans? We have utilized KARIX since day one when launching out new product line which allowed us great flexibility due too its ease & cost effectiveness compared other providers who charge much higher rates per message sent vs what you get here.
