I suffer from arthritis and Parkinson's disease which makes my knees very sore and my legs unstable, but since I've been wearing the Keenhealth Knee Brace they are Pain better and gait improved

I bought these for my grandfather who had a lot of problems with stiff knees when the weather gets colder. A day later, he said he started walking better and didn't feel as constrained.

I've tried many knee pads over the years and this is the best I've found. My teenage son took mine (orange) so I bought the blue ones and gave him another set. They are tight so I think getting the right size is important, smaller or larger and it wouldn't work for me.

If you are looking for a knee pad that is comfortable, easy to put on and provides adequate support then you need to get these knee pads. They are easy to put on and very comfortable. There are no marks on the legs and it doesn't press on the back of the knees. It's very comfortable, so comfortable you forget you're wearing it.

I personally haven't used them but my BF has used them when he was doing leg days at the gym. He said he could move as much as he wanted but felt no immediate pain. He was very happy with the product and will use it again. Normally he and I are both little things but he has tyrannosaurus legs so I got the middle one and it fits him perfectly.

When I ordered this I had knee support and stability in mind. The first day (leg day) I felt good warming up, easy jog, felt like my sleeves weren't holding my hips properly. Moving on to squats, first set was fine. Only my sleeves didn't stay in place after the 2nd set. I was a little upset. We'll see how they hold up over time.

Keenhealth Compression exceeded all my expectations. In combination with compression, they provide an almost cooling feeling. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size. I wear small and should have ordered small or x-small because I can't wear them when running. However, I will add them to my clothing after my recovery run. Thanks for a reliable product.

I googled to find a good knee brace, it had a positive rating of 9.7. Have a knee brace. I expected this to work well for me, but it doesn't stay on my knee. keep pulling it over my knee but it won't stay in place, it would slide down without being held. This happened on the bench press, the cable wasn't held upright or in place. I will return the item.
