Description of Nickel-plated D System Keg Coupler by Kegco

Kegco's Low Profile Sankey Coupler significantly reduces the vertical space necessary to tap a keg. Both the air input and the beer output come off of the side of the coupler, reducing the necessary space for the beer line by about 4" over standard lever handle couplers. NSF approved keg coupler features a durable nickel-plated forged brass body with a sanitary stainless steel probe. Lever handle is easier to use than other twist-type keg couplers. Features a 55-psi pressure relief valve to remove excess pressure from the system.

Unreliable and frustrating

This coupler caused nothing but problems. Through trial and error, I found that it consistently leaked gas and made a mess. The pros? I guess it was easy to install. The cons far outnumbered any positive aspects of this product. Save yourself the hassle and look for a more reliable option.

Pros
  • Easy to install and use.
Cons
  • Requires a propane tank which adds to the cost and cannot be used without it.

Big disappointment.

You sent a defective clutch. No instructions. closed gas line. Carbonated beer. Broke a keg of beer. This was supposed to be a gift for my husband and turned into a beer nightmare. dear mistake

Pros
  • House and kitchen
Cons
  • Almost everything ok

The perfect solution to spacing issues!

Works great. I was unable to move the left keg back far enough in my True TDD-2 keg cooler due to the liquid line coming out the top of the coupler assembly and into the circulating fan box. Put that bad boy in there and she slides down to the back wall. Ideal!

Pros
  • Barrels and Barrels
Cons
  • No Power
