I love that it's so easy to set up filters, folders and labels and keep my inbox clean! It works great for both personal accounts as well as business accounts - no fussing with multiple apps required. I like how easy it was to create my first contacts, as well as adding them into lists that are used for future communications with prospects or clients in real time without having to wait until they receive emails from me again!
