Edit: Kemi got back to me very quickly after my 1 star rating and edited to to send me an extra backpack. My daughter carried it to the brim from camp to camp with no zip issues. She thinks it's very cute and says she loves it. Excellent customer service, thank you! A day has passed and the flash has already failed.

The zipper broke after a month!

I really wanted to like this! Made a well-made impression when I first received it. Had high hopes. Then the zipper on the backpack fell off within a week of use. It's okay, it happens; we MacGyvered new traction. Then after 14 days of inconsistent use within a month, the zipper in the main compartment broke completely. So disappointed as my daughter loves this bag so much. Now we only have to buy a brand new backpack a month before the start of the school year.
