Looks good but not functional. The laptop rests on the bottom of the bag, which is just soft foam. If you don't carefully lower the bag, the laptop will die. They had to sew on a laptop sleeve that was sealed 1 inch below the bottom of the bag to serve as a buffer space. A little oversight that made me say now - don't buy unless you need to carry a laptop.

When I first saw this I was so excited it looked like a stylish leather backpack. The storage and sizing are solid, but the leather looks more polished (like a leather jacket) in the picture. So be aware that it looks more like a raw piece of leather. Also note that if you order brown, the shade of brown will be closer to black than in the photos. I was looking for a genuine leather bag. This bag was presented in real leather, but it still felt cheap like it wasn't real leather. Really professional backup. The skin is great. The zips work well - don't be afraid of losing things as each pocket closes with a zip. A separate area for a laptop is thin and soft. The trolley feature allows the bag to easily slide over the handle of a suitcase while driving through the airport. Internal pockets are good - side pockets are fairly shallow but ideal for keys, business cards etc. Sized to fit both men and women - looks like a business bag should.

I really like this backpack! I'm a Marine and used to walking around with a heavy tactical pack.
