Bought this for my home office where I work remotely. This allows me to switch the monitor, keyboard and mouse from my personal laptop to my work laptop simply by swapping the USB cable from one to the other. Recommendation: Make sure you have the latest drivers for this device. At first I had issues with the monitor and the oldest of the two laptops until I went to the Kensington site and downloaded the latest drivers.

I couldn't ask for more when I bought this docking station for our Inspiron 1550! It was perfect and easy to navigate! Turned my laptop into a full desktop without investing in it! Thanks very much!

I use it to interface with a monitor, ethernet, USB stick, speakers, wireless keyboard and mouse, and a printer. It works like they said it would. Installation was very easy.
