Good delivery of laptop accessories

Fairly fast nationwide delivery. The item was properly sealed and packaged. I'd like to suggest using bubble wrap instead of an air bubble, or a combination of both - you've noticed that some sealed plastic bubbles have leaked and may pop out during shipping. The rest is OK!

Trash - Do not buy

This item is trash. This doesn't work with my MacBook Pro (15" 2017). It worked fine for about a week, then when the laptop went to sleep, one of the monitors wouldn't come out of sleep. I fiddled with the connections until It worked but I didn't have to. There were constant problems with the ethernet connection where the connection dropped for 15 seconds about every 20 minutes. I had to buy a separate ethernet adapter to work around this problem. Today I have on Big Sur and .Now the USB ports…

  • Beautiful item

This is a very interesting solution for the docking station, thanks to which the word "dock" really justifies its function. The laptop literally "docks" to the device, and then you have all the connections on the back. It gives you pretty much everything you could possibly need in a dock and it's very well made. At first glance, you might think this is a HUGE laptop dock, but since it's also a full-fledged security station, its size makes it quite compact when bolted to a surface. Is it…

USB-c charging is not supported for MacBook Pro M1

Overall this is a good product, great for locking a Macbook and as a docking station. However, the most important task failed when using the included USB-C cable to charge the machine. It always seems to be connected to the network, but the battery will not charge even if the remaining charge is below 50%.

  • Always liked

Damn Displayport issues

It was great. Unless you wanted to connect more than one monitor. Using the USB-C HDMI adapter for my first external monitor went smoothly. The problem started when I tried to use the DisplayPort connector that this thing uses. I couldn't get ANY DisplayPort to HDMI adapter to work with it. I know the port works because I connected a monitor from another computer that had a display port and it worked so-so (you MUST reboot before it recognizes the new monitor, which is annoying). Kensington…

Compatible with Thunderbolt devices but not USB-C

Just wanted to help people who are dealing with all the USB-C and Thunderbolt confusion. An easy way to remember. Thunderbolt output (e.g. computer) to USB-C device (monitor etc.) works (TB -> USBC). USB-C output to Thunderbolt does NOT work (USBC -> TB). I bought it as it was the cheapest Thunderbolt dock I could find. My computer (Dell Inspiron 13 7378) only has one USB-C port and I wanted to be able to connect a 15.6 inch ASUS ZenScreen portable monitor with 1080P resolution (MB16AC)…

Pros
  • Same as everything so far
Cons
  • Neutral

I can't figure out why this dock is so accessible!

This dock works great with my Macbook M1. I've read a painful amount of information about USB-C devices. A lot of these things are "compatible" - it's not really a lightning bolt. You would use one port for charging and the other for (non)flash, losing the potential for lightning speed. This device is a docking station that replaces your power adapter, has 4 USB-A ports and none of them are USB-2. . Has an included Kensington lock cable Overall, I found this device to be a happy replacement for
