Difficult to assemble, no second chance

it's a terrible waste of money. For the board and legs, assembly should be easy, but instead you'll have to waste patience and frustration trying to screw into the board with an allen wrench that will strip the screw and make it impossible to finish. If you're expecting something modular, this isn't it. It's just a low quality board with a few screws.

Pros
  • Heavy duty
Cons
  • For retirees

Sturdy monitor stand

That's exactly what we need to keep our all-in-one computer/monitor at eye level with my assistants. The legs are divided into sections to add height. Another branch would be even better. It's sleek and sturdy, and just the right size for our computer's base. Does the job and takes up minimal space. It was a little bigger than some of the stalls but I needed that size.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Little things

Cheap plastic that won't break or tighten.

I'm 64 years old and probably too strong for it. I overtightened a screw and snapped off the part where the screw goes. I figured a plain wooden box of about the same size would work much better. I used it a bit shakily before tightening it up and the way the legs fit I can only use my mini desktop along the long edge which is a problem with the wiring in the back. I wouldn't buy new anyway.

Pros
  • Cool product
Cons
  • Only available in black

It's not perfect, but it's easy on my neck and less.

I have 3 of these, 2 for home and one for work because my company is too cheap to buy me a docking station so I use it to put my laptop on the same height as the bring monitor. It's not perfect, but it's easier on my throat and less annoying. At home I use them to align the tops of my mismatched monitors (24" and 27"). Also allows for storage underneath and elevates both monitors so I can look at them directly. The best stand I know.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Questionable purchase for seniors

Good quality, durable

It does what it says monitor stand. High quality, durable. Fairly easy to assemble, however you will need some strength to turn the wrench as you put the screws through the base and into the legs. I started with each bolt and slowly tightened all four a little at a time, just like you would tighten nuts on a tire. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the riser is "not the same" as on the Revain and even in the box it came in; black base with rounded edges and dark gray legs. Instead…

Economical and compact

I needed an economical stand/monitor stand that takes up little space; in this regard, Kensington K60087 delivered them. I work with multiple monitors (square LCD monitors) and these stands fit perfectly underneath with plenty of space in between and don't overwhelm my workspace. The only downsides I would mention are firstly (as others have pointed out) that the actual stand looks different than the picture (square, off-white legs, and generally "cheaper"). Secondly, the tool provided is…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Waiting too long

Nice little stand to put a small display on.

Nice little stand to place a small display on top of the cable box to allow the cable box to breathe. This would give him 5 starts. The screws were flat on top and didn't have a V under the head, the screws were flat on the bottom of the head. The board had holes ready for regular countersunk screws, screws that have a V on the bottom of their flat heads. Luckily I have buckets of different screws so I had to dig for 4 screws of the right size/length that would fit into the v-sink in the board.

Pros
  • Great for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not bad

Good thing the price is low.

15-12-2013. Reverend AI basically satisfied. If the screws went in easily and the legs were as pictured, that would be 5 stars; Do not complain. Best used with LCD display. I have a 25 inch HP LCD monitor and it suits me. Very stable stand with adjustable height. It's a bit wavy with all the extensions used. With only one set of extensions, the stand is solid and measures 3-1/4" tall (table to stand). Each extension measures 1.5". The screws are tricky to assemble. It took a lot of effort to…
