As I was preparing for the winter season, I bought some heavy pants for my daughter and I bought a pair just to try. Very happy with it. The material is dense and designed for the cold season. I prefer bulky pants for my daughter because they add extra padding or protection to her knees as she is very active and still at this awkward age. Will definitely buy more of these. The top is too bubbly and weirdly bulging at the butt and front, the drop is good which makes it even weirder. Leg length is VERY long. My toddler is actually tall/long for his age. Unfortunately I made her wear them rolled up at the waist and legs, still unconventional. The material is great, nice fleece lined, great for winter except fit.

I love these pants, they are much warmer than I expected which means the material is really thick but very soft as my daughter says. I bought these to keep warm in the school yard on cold days in western Washington. I'm sure they will do the job, I just love them, the quality is fantastic and the color is as beautiful as snow white. I could buy her other colors.
