I really like their customer service, they are extremely helpful in all stages of your project from initial consultation thru long term engagement with our team members! The product is also great if you need to manage multiple sites or portals but only have limited support resources available for IT services management - it's perfect! At this time we do not use any other web software provider so no complaints about competition at present however i imagine as more vendors come into market place…

I like how we can create our own channels in order to reach different types of audiences, it is very easy for us as individuals who are not tech savvy at all to use this tool because there's plenty tutorials explaining each step you need do when using their platform so no worries! Nothing specific about them but they have great customer service which makes me feel comfortable with knowing what support team will be available if i require any assistance or guidance during setup process etc..…

The platform is really simple to use, it has all of my account info in one place (which makes sense since I'm using this as an accounting system for multiple clients). Sometimes when you're logged into your dashboard there's no way to get back out unless you reboot which can be frustrating while working remotely or from home where rebooting isn't always possible! So far it seems like everything is running smoothly but we've only been with them about 3 weeks so not sure what will happen once…
