The platform is really simple to use, it has all of my account info in one place (which makes sense since I'm using this as an accounting system for multiple clients).

Sometimes when you're logged into your dashboard there's no way to get back out unless you reboot which can be frustrating while working remotely or from home where rebooting isn't always possible! So far it seems like everything is running smoothly but we've only been with them about 3 weeks so not sure what will happen once our contract expires. Also would suggest implementing some sort of calendar function because sometimes having access to invoices/receipts via email could cause confusion if they aren't able to log directly onto their dashboards.
