Where to start!? I've been looking for the right shampoo and conditioner for years! We taste everything from caviar to olaplex. If, like me, you color/bleach your hair frequently, then you've probably taken this path too! My hair was so bad I couldn't bleach or dye it for over a year - I had to take a break. When the package arrived the bottle was open and the shampoo was all over the package. If it had happened once I would understand but then I ordered it again and the bottle was opened the second time too. It flowed everywhere. I've spent a lot of money on products and haven't even used them.

I ordered the shampoo and conditioner and they wrapped it in a plastic bag in case it leaked. I got 3/4 of my shampoo. Both covers came loose during shipping. I haven't lost much conditioner but am very disappointed with my shampoo. It took about 1/4 of the shampoo. Too expensive to lose any of it. It was a big mistake to buy them outside of the salon. I have been using this line of products for a number of years now and I am certain that the shampoo and conditioner I received was either counterfeit or very old and not up to Kevin Murphy's standard ☹

I have a naturally oily scalp and very dry ends. I tried all kinds of shampoos that made my roots less greasy but then I got terrible dandruff. This shampoo and conditioner duo left my roots feeling so nice and clean while my hair is soft and silky. The fragrance is very light and the bottles are easy to transport when you travel a lot. I hesitated about the price. and ounces, but you don't have to use a lot of this product to get the best results.
