Battery not charging

I love this keyboard but I can't charge it. I'm using the cable that came with the box and have tried different outlets and it only blushes for a few seconds but then won't charge. Am I doing something wrong? Or is my cable broken?

Great case, best tablet accessory

Excellent case. The magnet that holds the keyboard in place isn't very strong, and the keyboard doesn't have a sleep mode (which is fine), you just have to turn it on during active use. I love that my Apple Pencil snaps inside so I don't have to worry about losing or damaging it.

Excellent case

Keep case, lose keyboard

I got this case/keyboard combo because my wife wanted to play with it on our new tablet. However, now she rarely uses it. The body itself is solid. It installs on the tablet and even allows you to use the camera. This allows you to stand the tablet up so you can read the screen without holding it in your hands. The case gives you easy access to all buttons and ports. Closing the case does not put the tablet in sleep mode like some other tablet cases do. Be sure to turn off your tablet or put it
