Works perfectly! for anti-theft

When I bought the car, only the ignition key came with it. I found a great place to program this for less than the local dealership.

Pros
  • Automotive
Cons
  • I have no particular complaints about it, everything is fine

Yes, we need a locksmith, 5 minutes work!

So yes I had to take the key fob and car to a locksmith to have it programmed for $50 but it works as advertised on my fiance's 2015 accent. Tip, don't take it to the dealer, they wanted $170 and required you to have 2 keys which was obviously totally unnecessary.

Pros
  • Anti Theft
Cons
  • Approximately

Great value for money but be wary of programming costs.

The car was bought used and of course there were no remote controls with the car. The remotes arrived quickly and I was able to find a local locksmith who programmed both remotes for less than $30. WAYYYY less than the dealer asked for - I was offered $180 for the remote! The remote controls have worked flawlessly so far.

Cons
