The battery fits perfectly in the case and I love having the extra padding on the battery when I put the battery in my pocket. My two complaints are that the zipper can be finicky, which might just be my case, and there's no way to connect the battery without removing it from the case. A future version should have a connector to allow access to the battery while it remains in the case.

I ordered it before my trip but when it arrived it was so big and heavy that I couldn't put it in my luggage. Unfortunately, my trip took longer than the return period for this item, so I'll stick with it for now. I haven't used it yet and have no idea why. If you're looking for something portable, this isn't it. I'm giving it 3 stars because it's technically my fault for not paying more attention. However, it is huge.

I purchased this unit to use as a backup power source when we have a power outage, which is common in Northern Maine. I use it to charge my cell phone so that we can access it from outside in an emergency. It doesn't charge as fast as my previous backup that I lost, but it seems to work well enough for my needs. It includes a charging cable but no wall plug for charging. As an aside, I love that the case (an optional item to buy) holds the backup power supply and charging cable well!

This case seemed and looked like such a good idea, except the first one I bought didn't have a zipper tooth; The second one I received today has a so tight zip that it's difficult to close the bag. In contrast, the tube case that I bought at the same time as the replacement rectangular case works great. You can do it right, but not consistently. I've had two bad ones in a row from this rectangular case.

I didn't realize this was the case. Each picture of this product also shows the charging box. I think I should have read the description a little better. It is at least still used as a case for my wife's diabetes testing device, but not what I expected.
