Perfect Kitchen Addition

This Japanese knife is a game-changer! Based on my observations the Damascus Solidified steel provides an impressive degree of sharpness and durability. It is also the perfect size for everyday use in the home and kitchen. The balance and grip are excellent, making it easy to handle... The only downside is it's a bit heavy, which could be a problem for some users with small hands..

Made our New Year's Eve with chef's knife

This was a gift for my husband, he and I absolutely love it!Suddenly he wanted to cut off my whole set I will definitely be buying another one soon.
